ABOUT DIFFA:

Mission: DIFFA grants funds to organizations which fight AIDS by providing preventive education programs targeted to populations at risk of infection, treatment and direct-care services for people living with AIDS, and public policy initiatives which add resources to private sector efforts.

Since its beginning in 1984, The Design Industries Foundation Fighting Aids (DIFFA) has become one of the largest funders of HIV/AIDS service and education programs in the U.S. The organization has recruited volunteers from every spectrum of the design industry, from fashion and interior design to architecture and furnishings. With 15 chapters nationwide, DIFFA has also been an innovative agent in drawing local and national corporations into the battle against the epidemic. Through its original and creative events, along with the cooperation and contributions of world renowned corporate leaders, DIFFA's efforts have resulted in providing over $31 million to hundreds of AIDS organizations nationwide.
